Donald Stotesberry, the owner, started the business in 1966 after entering aviation in the late ’50s as a hobby. The business started in 1966 operating Piper J-3 Cubs. Through the years, the business progressed through the Piper Pawnee, 600 Thrush, and now to PT6 turbine-powered aircraft.
